Office Assistant Sales Biz Lab is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and supportive tasks that help facilitate our daily operations.
Pay Range: $19.50 - $31.00 hourly
Location: Miami, FLThis will be an on-site job.
Responsibilities: Answering and directing phone calls and messages Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for staff members Organizing and maintaining files and records in a systematic manner Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations Welcoming visitors and clients, providing them with necessary information
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
