About the role

Spring Health, a global mental health company, is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to partner with the Chief Customer Officer and lead the finance agenda for Customer Success, Care Operations, and related teams. This full-time hybrid role requires three days in our NYC office. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, build scalable models, provide strategic insights, and drive AI-enabled workflows that improve planning and reporting.
