About the role

Felix is seeking a Chargeback Strategy & Operations Lead to own the end-to-end chargeback program, spanning merchant-acquiring and issuer disputes. You will define representations, build scalable playbooks, and drive data-backed improvements with AI-powered solutions, while collaborating across Fraud, Product, Compliance, and external vendors. You will leverage advanced SQL skills to size risk, influence policy, and ensure regulatory alignment as Felix expands in the LATAM-focused remittance
