About the role
A leading automotive supplier is hiring a Tooling Supervisor to join their team. This is a direct hire position on-site in Milwaukee, WI.The application deadline for this role is 10/13/2026.
Tooling Supervisor Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the tooling department, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met. Manage personnel, assets, and inventory to optimize productivity and maintain workplace safety initiatives. Monitor KPIs and production goals, implementing strategies to meet or exceed targets. Support continuous safety and process improvements through training and safety audits. Foster a team environment, coaching staff and promoting employee engagement.
Tooling Supervisor Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in tooling or a related manufacturing setting. Journeyman Tool & Die maker certification or similar technical background preferred. Proven experience with Kaizen, 5S, and lean manufacturing methodologies. Strong skills in KPI management and process documentation.
