About the role
Seeking a highly motivated Certified Agentforce Salesforce Consultant, the full-time remote position will design, build, and deploy Agentforce AI agents while advising clients on Salesforce solutions that deliver operational value.
Key responsibilities:
Design, build, and deploy Agentforce agents using Agent Builder and configure agent actions with Flow, Apex, and REST/SOAP integrations
Facilitate discovery sessions to identify use cases for autonomous agents and translate needs into actionable topics and user stories
Test and evaluate agent behavior, ensuring compliance with federal governance and security standards before production release
Required qualifications:
U.S. citizenship required with eligibility to obtain and maintain a government clearance
1-2 years of hands-on Agentforce experience and 4 years of Salesforce consulting or implementation experience
Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Agentforce Specialist certification, plus additional Consultant-level certifications
Bachelor's degree required
Advanced proficiency with Salesforce automation, especially Flow, and familiarity with integrations and APIs (REST/SOAP)
