Symantem Enforce DLP Security EngineerLocation: Dallas, Charlotte, Minneapolis, or Phoenix 3 days onsite/2 remoteDuration: 1224-month W2 contractOnly USC or GCInterview availability Tuesday, 04/30.Requirements:5+ years of IT Security Engineering experience (7+ is preferred)Experience with DLP Rule Writing with Broadcom Symantec Enforce, including RegEx and source code scriptingExperience with Jira, Agile and Product ModelExperience with ServiceNowDescription:Design, implement, and tune rules and techniques to prevent risky user behaviors in partnership with security, investigative partners, business groups and other stakeholdersSymantec DLP, Cloud SOC, ICA Risk Fabric, preferred, but any DLP policy experience with other vendors acceptableSupport enterprise transition to next-generation cloud-based DLP solutionsSupport ongoing rule/technique change management on prem and associated controls execution.Assist with inquiries from risk partners, Internal Audit and regulatory bodies on EDLP controls and proceduresProvide advanced information security consultation for all aspects of information security compliance policy, risk management, and remediationDirect information security risk assessment and research, and recommend remediation plans and strategiesInfluence stakeholders on net new or on material changes to an asset to influence control decisionsProvide consulting on security risk assessment and research, and recommend remediation plans and strategiesAct as more experienced senior developer to the organization to develop security risk awareness and mitigating actionsDocumentation skills including design diagrams, process flows and content writing a mustConsult with the organization on complex security issues and findingsManage complex and critical information assetsEvaluate and interpret internal and companywide information security policies, processes, standards, and participate with more experienced leaders in decision making on information securityServe as information security senior developer to advise on the development and delivery of Information Security Education and AwarenessJob Description:Work with DLP developers on Agile teamCoordinate with vendor manager on third party assets to manage information security risksServe as a mentor to less experienced staffRequired Qualifications, US: 7+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications:5+ years of Data Loss Prevention policy design and implementation experience including exact data matching, regular expressions and other techniques to reduce false positives1+ years of experience working with Cloud DLP solutions such as CASB, cloud native DLP and/or security policies, etc.2+ years of Information Security Governance, Risk and Change Management (GRC) experience.
