About the role
To enhance engagement within sports fan communities, the remote independent contractor Facebook Community Expert will publish multiple posts daily, promote articles with engaging graphics, and create original content to foster interaction among fans.
Key responsibilities
Publish six to eight Facebook posts daily, ensuring a natural spread throughout the day
Promote articles using branded graphics and create original engagement posts like polls and trivia
Monitor team news, respond to breaking developments, and engage with fans through comments and discussions
Required qualifications
Deep knowledge of the team, its players, and fan culture
Strong writing skills and instincts for social media engagement
Familiarity with Facebook publishing tools and content formats
Ability to create visually engaging graphics, preferably using Canva
Previous experience managing a sports social account or fan community is preferred
