JOB SUMMARY: TH Plastics Inc. a custom injection molding manufacturer is now accepting applications for Molding / Assembly Operator. This position is responsible for making a quality product within production standards that will be shipped to the customer.

Clean Work Environment: Employee Discounts Music on Production Floor Light Manufacturing Employee Assistance ProgramSCHEDULE:Monday - Friday 8 hour shifts 3 ShiftsJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Communicate with operators from previous shift to receive important job information Maintain efficiency to the approved standard Inspect and pack product in accordance with the job pack Inspect the parts and sort by means of visual inspections to insure defect free Maintain the work area and equipment by cleaning, organizing, and keeping it in orderly condition Provide accurate scrap counts at the end of the shift Simultaneous use of hand tools and parts Communicate with Team Leaders and Supervisors when there are issues Complete all other duties, as assignedJOB QUALIFICATIONS:Must have the ability to perform repetitive work in a fast paced work environment, which includes long periods of standing, occasional walking and some light lifting Must have the ability to read and comprehend written English Must be able to perform basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and multiplication Regular on-site attendance is requiredPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSMust be able to lift up to 35 pounds Must be able to stand for entire scheduled shift
