About the role

Providing essential support for grant management, the full-time California Research Administrative Analyst will oversee pre and post-award administration of various grants and contracts while working remotely from California. Key responsibilities Manage the development, submission, and review of grant proposals and negotiate awards Monitor fiscal performance on projects and ensure timely invoicing and financial reporting Act as the primary liaison for sponsoring agencies and provide expert support to Principal Investigators (PIs) Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required Minimum of 2 years of research administration or contracting experience in an academic setting Experience with grants and contracts in a hospital or university environment Knowledge of various funding types and research administration processes Ability to collaborate effectively on complex issues in a deadline-driven environment
