About the role

Working remotely on a full-time contract basis, the Learning Designer - Saskatchewan will focus on creating and implementing effective learning solutions to enhance client training experiences. Key responsibilities Design and develop engaging learning materials and programs tailored to client needs Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of learning initiatives and make improvements as necessary Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field Experience in instructional design and e-learning development Proficiency in learning management systems and authoring tools Strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
