About the role

Cast House Operator Trainee Tower Extrusions LLC is a privately owned aluminum extrusion manufacturer that has proudly operated under consistent ownership since 1977. When you join Tower Extrusions, you become part of a team that values hard work, respect, and collaboration. We offer a supportive work environment, opportunities for growth, and leadership that is invested in your success. If you're looking for a stable company with a family-oriented culture and room to build your career, we'd love to have you on our team. Tower Extrusions is seeking motivated individuals to join our Cast House team at our Sherman, TX aluminum extrusion facility. As a Cast House Operator Trainee, you will learn to safely operate equipment used in the production of aluminum billets, monitor casting processes, perform quality inspections, and support daily production goals. This position requires working in a hot industrial environment, following all safety procedures, and working as part of a team to produce high-quality aluminum products. Mechanical aptitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work a 12-hour night shift are required. Manufacturing or forklift experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
