About the role
Crash Champions is seeking a customer-centered estimator to educate clients on repair processes, insurance steps and vehicle value. You will prepare initial and full estimates, manage repairs through to completion, and ensure quality standards are met across the process.
You will keep customers informed, review data with technicians, close repair orders, and handle discharge paperwork while coordinating with insurers to meet necessary requirements.
