About the role
We are partnered with a reputable MS Partner who are looking to add a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Consultant to their innovative delivery team! Looking for a driven, self-starter with strong product knowledge, excellent stakeholder management, requirement gathering & hands‐on customisation/configuration skills.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end D365 CE implementations, from discovery and solution design through to go-live Run client workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into functional solutions Manage internal and external stakeholders across multiple levels Configure and customise D365 CE, working closely with technical teams where required Mentor Junior Consultants and contribute to practice development Key Skills Proven end-to-end D365 CE project delivery experience within a MS Partner environment (preferred) Strong functional knowledge of customer service, omnichannel/contact centre.Hands‐on customisation experience within D365 CE Exposure to Power Platform, particularly Power Automate & Power Apps. Ability to work autonomously, manage stakeholders effectively, and stay current with D365 CE advancements.
