Schedule: Part-time, Thursday through Sunday evening shifts Flexible availability required, including weekends and holidays Shifts typically range from 4-8 hours Occasional split shifts may be scheduled Perks & Benefits:401k matched up to 4% (after 90 days of employment) Free "duty meals" MULTI-OUTLET BARBACK ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:Each day looks different, but expect to: Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and supplies while keeping bar operations running smoothly Assist bartenders by maintaining clean, organized stations and preparing garnishes, glassware, and equipment Support daily service, special events, and club functions by transporting inventory, monitoring stock levels, and maintaining a professional member experience What You Need To Become Our Part-time Multi-Outlet Barback: High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of experience in a restaurant supporting bar operations Base knowledge of Beer, Wine, and Liquor Basic computer skills are a plusTABC and Texas Food Handlers certifications Club experience is a plus Strong communication skills Team Player Ability to put your best foot forward and present yourself in a clean and professional way Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs.
