Job Description: Printing Press Manager Key Personnel is Seeking a Printing Press Manager for a company in the Moore area to oversee day to day office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and communication. This role will ensure that the printing press team delivers high-quality, on-time results while managing resources, staff, and technology effectively. This role is critical for maintaining productivity, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency in the printing industry.
Printing Press Manager Pay: $25/hr
Printing Press Manager Hours: 9am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday
Printing Press Manager Responsibilities: Operational Oversight: Manage all aspects of printing press operations, including setup, operation, and maintenance of presses. Production Scheduling: Coordinate production schedules to meet deadlines and client requirements. Quality & Compliance: Ensure all printed materials meet quality standards and comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Staff Management: Supervise, train, and motivate printing staff; assign tasks and monitor performance. Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on printing presses and related equipment. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock of printing supplies, order materials, and control costs. Client Coordination: Work with sales, project managers, and clients to understand needs, provide solutions, and deliver results.
Printing Press Manager Requirements: Proven experience in printing operations: Knowledge of digital, offset, and other printing technologies; color management; prepress processes. Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Experience with Adobe, Photoshop and Canva programs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
