About the CompanyProcession Systems is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our team in Reston, VA. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and selection of IT and cyber security candidates for our clients. You will be able to make an impact by leveraging data and providing insights into the talent market, which enables our clients to make better-informed hiring decisionsRecruiter ResponsibilitiesExecute full-cycle recruitment, including writing job postings, sourcing and interviewing candidates, providing recommendations for hire, and conducting reference checksLeverage technology and data, including social media, job boards, and internal applicant tracking system (ATS), to identify candidatesCreate and execute recruiting plans and marketing strategies to help accomplish team goalsDevelop and maintain candidate pipelines and networksAttend weekly recruiting meetings to discuss open positions and strategic approachProvide recommendations and insights to team and customers regarding best practicesQualifications1-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail, hospitality, food service, customer success, or recruitingAbility to meet and exceed minimum weekly and monthly activity and performance goalsResponsive to feedback and comfortable with handling objectionsTeam player with excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong work ethic and determination to suceedCompensationCompetitive base salary (commensurate with experience) plus uncapped commissionFull benefits package, including medical (Anthem) and vision (Delta) fully paid by employer for self and family, dental (Delta), 401k (Paychex Flex), generous PTO package, and more.
