About the role
Perdue Foods is launching a 24-month Live Management Trainee (Pathways) Program in North Carolina, designed to develop future Live Operations leaders. Participants rotate through hatchery, feed mill, veterinary services, processing, and other areas, gaining hands-on experience, mentorship, and leadership development while building producer relationships and understanding flock production cycles.
