VAL-CO is a leader in commercial poultry, egg, and swine production equipment, specializing in world-famous poultry watering and feeding systems is currently looking for Full-Time Shipper/CDL Driver in our Coldwater, Ohio facility.*COMPETITIVE WAGES* GENEROUS PTO upon completion of 90-day probationary period Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Communicate with DC Supervision on status of all customer orders and any changes or adjustments required to them. Organize staging and loading of customer orders. Know proper weights and distribution for each load. Move and spot trucks and trailers and trucks as needed. Prepare and load orders for motor freight (Truck Load and Less than Truck Load), UPS service and customer pick-up as required in a timely and efficient manner. Check that orders are safely packaged and loaded to prevent damage during shipment. Assist customers and visitors in a courteous and timely manner. Understand and complete all required paperwork and computer transactions correctly and timely Follow all safety requirements and keep area neat and orderly.*CDL LICENSE REQUIRED*
