- Perform full scope of oral and maxillofacial procedures including extractions, implants, bone grafting, corrective jaw surgery, and IV sedation
- Diagnose and manage facial trauma, pathology, TMJ, and sleep apnea cases
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary physician team
- Maintain high standards of patient care and clinical outcomes
- Board Certified or Board Eligible by ABOMSActive Wisconsin license or ability to obtain
- Strong surgical judgment and clinical decision-making
- Team-oriented and patient-focused approach
- Compensation$400K base guarantee 35% of collections with strong production upside ($600K–$1M+)$50K sign-on bonus
