Field Sales Representative The Field Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and marketing the company's products and services, providing excellent customer service and strengthening commercial relationships. This position requires identifying business opportunities, following up on sales and ensuring the achievement of commercial objectives, offering solutions that meet the needs of each client.
Responsibilities: Promote, present and sell the company's products and services to current and potential customers. Evaluate customer needs and offer solutions that provide value and meet their requirements. Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships, fostering a high level of customer satisfaction. Coordinate sales activities with other team members and internal departments to ensure efficient service. Monitor the performance of the assigned territory, track sales and prepare reports on the results obtained. Inform management about customer needs, market trends, competitor activities and opportunities for new products or services. Identify and develop new business opportunities. Attend to inquiries related to products, prices, availability and applications of the products. Manage the follow-up and collection of accounts receivable in coordination with the credit department and customers. Ensure collection of outstanding balances in accordance with established credit policies and conditions.
Requirements: Availability to work Monday to Friday and weekends when necessary. Valid driver's license from Puerto Rico, category 8 or 9.Experience in sales or in a similar position, preferably. Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds or more.
