About the role
Net 32 is seeking a Manager, Emerging Channels & Partnerships to help expand our marketing efforts beyond traditional digital performance channels. This role will own and support a growing portfolio of programs, including direct mail, podcasts, referral programs, dental industry and trade publication partnerships, continuing education opportunities, and influencer marketing. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who can manage multiple external partners, coordinate campaigns from planning through launch, and bring structure to channels that do not always fit into traditional performance marketing models. Over time, the role will also help shape the strategy for how Net 32 uses emerging and offline channels to reach dental professionals and drive business growth. The ideal candidate understands the dental industry, is comfortable working across a variety of marketing channels, and can independently move programs forward while collaborating closely with internal creative and marketing partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the day-to-day planning and execution of Net 32’s direct mail program, including audience coordination, campaign timelines, creative development, vendor management, and performance tracking. Manage podcast advertising programs, including partner relationships, placements, campaign schedules, creative delivery, and reporting. Own and help scale customer and partner referral programs, including program structure, promotion, participant coordination, and ongoing performance tracking. Lead marketing partnerships with dental associations, trade publications, websites, continuing education providers, and other industry organizations, including display advertising, email placements, sponsorships, educational opportunities, and other promotional programs. Support and help scale Net 32’s influencer, creator, and key opinion leader (KOL) programs in partnership with internal stakeholders and external agencies. Evaluate select trade shows, conferences, and other in-person opportunities to determine whether they represent a feasible growth channel, and recommend limited tests or participation where appropriate. Partner with Creative and Lifecycle Marketing to coordinate campaign messaging, assets, audiences, and cross-channel execution. Maintain clear reporting on campaign activity, partner performance, costs, and results. Identify opportunities to improve, expand, or test new channels and partnerships. Develop a deeper strategic perspective over time and contribute recommendations for future investment and channel expansion.
Qualifications:
Approximately five or more years of marketing experience, preferably within dental, healthcare, medical devices, B2B commerce, or another relevant industry. Dental industry experience is strongly preferred, particularly with a dental manufacturer, distributor, association, practice-focused organization, or other dental industry business. Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, partnerships, or programs from planning through execution. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage several campaigns and external partners simultaneously. Experience coordinating creative development, campaign timelines, approvals, and asset delivery. Comfort working in an execution-oriented individual contributor role while helping develop longer-term strategies. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and proactively move projects forward. Comfort working with campaign budgets, invoices, contracts, and basic performance reporting. Willingness to travel approximately one to three times per year. Preferred Attributes Established familiarity with dental industry organizations, trade publications, continuing education providers, influencers, or other potential marketing partners. Experience evaluating sponsorships, referral programs, industry media, educational opportunities, or other partnership channels. Experience working with external agencies, vendors, publishers, or event organizers. Ability to bring structure and accountability to marketing channels with less standardized measurement. Curious, resourceful, and willing to test new approaches. Strong attention to detail without losing sight of broader business goals. Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
