About the role

HealthEquity, Inc. is seeking an AVP Identity & Access Management to architect and lead a comprehensive identity program across IGA, PAM, and non-human identities. You will publish architecture, drive strategic roadmaps, and partner with executives to strengthen the security posture and audit readiness. The role is remote with quarterly onsite onboarding at HealthEquity headquarters and travel as needed. Deep expertise in modern identity standards and enterprise IAM platforms is essential.
