Role:
Senior Director, Program Management leading cross-functional drug development programs from strategy to execution.
Responsibilities:
develop and maintain integrated program timelines, align functional plans across clinical, regulatory, CMC, nonclinical, and commercial teams; manage risks, trade-offs, and major decisions; facilitate cross-functional collaboration; and support leadership decision-making.
Requirements:
bachelor's in a scientific, technical, or business discipline; 12+ years in biotech/pharma, with extensive experience in cross-functional drug development and program management; proven ability to lead complex programs across development stages.
High-Value:12+ years industry experience, senior leadership in drug development, integrated timeline management, risk and decision support, cross-functional leadership.
WorkSetup:hybrid (onsite Wednesdays and Thursdays at South San Francisco HQ) with some travel.
