Enter, review, update, and document orders accurately in e-commerce and customer-service systems. Research order status and coordinate with fulfillment, warehouse, delivery, and leadership teams. Resolve routine concerns within guidelines and escalate exceptions promptly. Protect customer and payment information and maintain complete interaction notes. Support high-volume holiday workflows, outbound follow-up, and assigned administrative tasks.
Benefits & Perks: Weekly payroll. Team member food and dining discounts. Access to wellness resources and support services. Part-time medical membership with preventive and diagnostic coverage during the first year, subject to plan terms and eligibility. Eligibility for full medical benefits after 12 months of consistent full-time hours, subject to plan terms and eligibility. Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements and applicable plan terms.
What You’ll Bring: Customer-service, call-center, retail, e-commerce, hospitality, or order-entry experience. Warm communication, typing accuracy, active listening, and calm problem solving. Comfort learning order, customer, payment, and shipping systems. Dependable availability during the full seasonal assignment, including peak-volume periods.
Physical & Schedule Requirements: Perform prolonged computer, telephone, and desk-based work with regular movement throughout the workday. Communicate in person and through digital systems with team members, vendors, and business partners. Occasionally lift, carry, or move office materials weighing up to 25 pounds. Travel locally between company locations or attend off-site meetings when the role requires it. Maintain a schedule that supports business needs; occasional early morning, evening, or weekend work may be required.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
