Senior Salesforce Developer Phoenix, AZ - Hybrid Contract to HireDue to government restrictions only U.S. Citizens and Green Card Holders will be considered. Local to Phoenix only. You will work alongside cross-functional teams to design scalable architectures, optimize integrations, and re-engineer core workflows using modern cloud platforms. Here’s what you’ll be doing: Architecting, customizing, and maintaining applications across multi-platform environments including Salesforce, MuleSoft, and relational databases. Collaborating closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather functional requirements, translate regulations into technical solutions, and drive project success. Performing code analysis and refactoring existing codebases to optimize system performance, maintainability, and scalability. Participating in Agile project teams to plan, design, develop, and deploy new capabilities while ensuring strict adherence to architecture best practices. Developing technical specifications, documentation, and interface integrations that comply with modern technology directives and agency standards. Here’s what our ideal candidate has: A minimum of 3 years of experience serving as a lead developer on one or more enterprise Salesforce implementations. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent professional experience totaling 7+ years in software development).Strong practical experience working with relational databases and writing SQL queries. Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce configuration, administration, Public Sector Solutions, and API development. Experience with MuleSoft integrations and working collaboratively within fast-paced Agile methodologies and source control environments.
