Description: 3rd Shift Due Cutter Operator Setup Die Cutting machine Troubleshoot and make necessary adjustments to maximize production speed and quality Follow all information on job paperwork Fill out daily production log Follow Quality guidelines for "in-process" inspection Perform Preventative Maintenance as outlined in PM Program Assist with Tooling Change-Overs Clear Machine Jam-Ups Deliver finished pallets to next department Change out waste bins during operation Perform any additionally assigned duties as requested Requirements*Requirements for our Die Cutter Operators include: The ability to read, speak and understand the English language Follow procedures, specifications, and guidelines for the position Work at an efficient production pace meeting all production expectations Cross-Train in other areas as directed by the Shift Supervisor Clean and maintain work area Work overtime as required Excellent team working skills Communicate effectively (verbal and written) Exercise accuracy in all functions of the position Accept levels of responsibility and accountable commensurate with the position Have an appreciation for the demands of the business Ability to establish and maintain positive interpersonal communications Positive attitude Responsible Organized Flexible & Adaptable *
Physical Requirements include: Constant standing and walking Frequent grasping, reaching and bending Ability to lift 10lbs or less Ability to push/pull 12 lbs or less
