About the role

Receptionist/Administrative AssistantAs part of our administrative team, you will be working in a high paced environment providing back of house support to many Wingstop restaurant locations. The ideal candidate will have a full and thorough understanding of Microsoft office, maintain excellent communication skills, and maintains a good attention to details. This is an entry-level position and the work environment is fast paced with regular deadlines which need to be met in addition to regular clerical tasks.As a receptionist/office admin assistant, you'll be responsible for:Answering & directing phone calls to respective team membersMonitoring people traffic who access the office facilitySorting mail and maintaining a clean, welcoming front deskProviding administrative assistance to accountants and senior managementReviewing and verifying daily deposits from multiple Wingstop locationsScanning, filing and organization of paperwork received in officeOther duties as assignedRequirements:Strong skills with Microsoft Office, especially ExcelExcellent, clear verbal & written communication skillsKnowledge of standard office administrative practices and proceduresAbility to organize daily workload by priority while flexible for new as needed time sensitive tasksMust be able to multi task and work in a fast pace environment efficiently.GSR Group - Office 12660 S Kirkwood Rd, Stafford, TX 77477, USA
