About the role

The University of North Carolina Wilmington seeks an Assistant Director of Academic Advising to lead the CHSSA Dean's Office Academic Resource Center (ARC). The ARC provides holistic advising for undergraduates, supporting orientation, enrollment, retention, persistence, progression, and major declaration. Reporting to the CHSSA Director of Academic Advising, the Assistant Director oversees up to six Academic Advisors and leads onboarding and training while collaborating with CHSSA departments
