About the role

KLA is seeking a Product Development Engineer to drive next-generation optical critical dimension metrology systems, from evaluation through manufacturing transfer. You will lead design efforts, test and validate components, and coordinate with global teams to resolve complex issues and support customer ramp. The role requires a PhD or equivalent in optics/physics/engineering, hands-on opto-mechanical expertise, and strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
