Commercial Door Pre-Production SpecialistTruStile is transforming interior design with high quality, made-to-order, well-designed interior doors. This position is responsible for detailing small to large commercial door projects and preparing them for order entry and production. The person will work as part of a close-knit commercial customer service and account management team.What You'll Do:Order preparation and order entry utilizing an industry leading web-based configurator and drawing programCoordination of order technical details such as door and hardware machining requirementsAssist in account management from receipt of purchase order through product deliveryCoordination with management to schedule timely release of orders to meet the customer's project delivery requirementsLearn and apply product technical knowledge such as door construction, fire listings, hardware machining and environmental compliance.Interact with customer base to facilitate accuracy of details and order placementEngage with internal quality department to check accuracy of written orders versus information providedAssist as needed in estimating, customer service, and our internal quality control processWho Are You?You are quick thinking and organized. You have a strong technical aptitude. You manage your time well and you have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. You enjoy using your communication skills and experience with blueprint reading, door and hardware schedules, to help customers through the ordering process.
