About the role
Job Description:
Landscape Laborers primarily support residential landscaping projects, working closely within small teams of 2-5 members. Their daily tasks involve moderate physical labor such as lawn mowing, trimming, raking, and some driving, without the need to operate heavy machinery. Teamwork and safety compliance are key aspects of the role.
Responsibilities:
- Mow lawns, trim edges, and rake debris
- Drive to various residential sites as needed
- Collaborate with small teams to complete projects efficiently
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
- Adhere to safety standards during all landscaping activities
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of landscaping experience
- Equipment operation knowledge
- Strong safety compliance awareness
- Ability to work well within a team
