Responsibilities Include: Manage loan, debt, and JV partner accounting for an open-ended REITOversee accounts payable, cash positions, and partner distributions Technical accounting research and application, including but not limited to loan accounting, consolidation, and VIE analysis Oversee and maintain accounting ledgers, loan tape, and bank reconciliations Manage the year-end audit process
Preferred Qualifications: 7-12+ years of experience within real estate/public accountingGAAP and SEC reporting experience Yardi/MRI experience a plusCPA Preferred
