Deliver the brand promise by providing high‑quality optometric care, working collaboratively with store management and the broader team to achieve key performance indicators.Major Duties & ResponsibilitiesEnsure executional excellence in partnership with management.Demonstrate commitment to exceed results through KPI management.Promote the brand as the leading optical provider in the community.Act as a stakeholder for all leaders within the organization and local market.Place patient/customer first and deliver excellent service.Strive to exceed expectations on all KPIs.Maintain service process steps:Address all patients/customers visual lifestyle needs.Make eyewear recommendations based on patients/customers’ needs.Explain each step of the eye exam; listen carefully to patients/customers.Utilize available tools and visual aids to summarize and ensure patients understand each aspect of their vision, eye health, and overall well‑being.Communicate effectively the need for annual eye exams and schedule appointments in the system.Conduct all services in accordance with protocol and accepted standards of care.Ensure all patients receive accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.Establish a positive doctor‑patient relationship.Utilize and leverage technology to deliver superior experiences.Maintain office systems and safety.Maintain state licensure in good standing and keep up with continuing education requirements.Provide effective training and guidance to team members.Deliver clear, motivating feedback in a timely manner.Create a positive culture aligned with corporate culture, identifying motivations of each individual and directing conversations appropriately.Encourage associate decision‑making at the level closest to the patient.Maximize partnerships through leadership, participation, and involvement.Take pride in the appearance of the office.Maintain a safe working environment for all associates and patients.Lead by example.Basic QualificationsDoctor of OptometryCommitment to quality patient careKnowledge of current optometric theory and technologyStrong communicator and listenerProblem‑solving abilitySolid organization skillsBenefits
