  • Financial Services experience or experience in regulated industries (preferred)
Duties/Responsibilities Analyze market trends and client insights to inform marketing strategies. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts align with the overall business strategy. This includes executive and senior-level leadership. Develop and manage lead generation and nurture programs. Develop and manage relationships with external partners and agencies who are critical to the execution of campaigns. Ensure product positioning aligns with Santander's overall US value proposition Maintain current knowledge of the products, services, and marketing techniques of competitors. Manage total campaign costs following budgets. Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Set the annual learning agenda for deposit marketing across checking, high-yield savings, and CD products. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices – always striving to achieve best-in-class performance while helping streamline operations, processes, and reporting.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: Ability to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns. Ability to foster a positive and motivating work environment, encouraging feedback and innovation. Ability to regularly evaluate workload and prioritize projects. Ability to work with and influence senior management. Advanced knowledge of, and ability to use, all current graphic design programs and supporting creative programs. Comfortable in a highly collaborative environment, with the ability to work within a team and in a matrixed environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Must have excellent professional presentation skills, and the ability to interact and engage all levels of management/leadership. Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills. Strong leadership, initiative, and planning skills.
Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing, and walking. Occasional moving and lifting equipment and furniture are required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown. Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, able to bend, kneel, and climb ladders.
