You'll collaborate with your team to achieve business goals, provide personalized customer experiences, and support our always-inviting environment on the sales floor. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to: Be a representative of the brand and engage with customers to learn their lifestyle, needs, and wants. Offer customers personalized Styling Appointments to drive brand loyalty. Share product knowledge and recommendations to style the customer. Use technology to stay informed on company priorities and promotions and provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience by utilizing available tools.
