General administrative and organisational tasks
Processing customer inquiries and orders
Maintenance and management of customer data
Supporting daily business operations
Invoice verification and preparatory bookkeeping
Appointment scheduling and correspondence by telephone and email
Your profile
Initial experience in back office administration or clerical work is desirable
Confident use of MS Office and common software applications
Structured, independent and careful way of working
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Friendly and professional appearance
Good German language skills, both written and spoken
