About the role

Control Of Amf Regulation Compliance In charge of monitoring the compliance of investment service providers with AMF regulations, including financial instruments distributors and those active in over-the-counter markets, you will analyze, through inspection missions, the manner in which they provide investment services and the conformity of their market activities and commercialized products with regulatory requirements. Your missions: Conduct inspections in accordance with the AMF's established methodology for risk investigation and detection to verify effective compliance with the regulation; Document the results of inspections in writing, clearly outlining the identified infractions; Supervise and manage thematic inspection missions delegated to external experts from outside the AMF; Expand the understanding of market functioning and the risks they present through the development of summary notes addressed to the AMF board and the profession. Holder of a degree at least Bac+5 (scientific, legal training, business school, Sciences Po), you have at least five years of professional experience in the control, audit, or compliance of investment services activities (in a firm, financial organization, bank, etc.). You also have a good knowledge of financial markets and investment service providers (ISP), of their control. You have a taste for risk assessment and the practical application of regulation to the ISP population which you will control. An excellent level of English and mastery of financial markets and actors are required for this position. Experience with database analysis tools (Excel, Access, PySpark, TIBCOSpotfire, etc.) would be an asset.
