The opportunity: This is a fast track into B2B sales. You'll start as a Junior Sales Associate with a defined path to a full-time role within 3 months, based on performance. Potential commission payout based on performance. From there, the next step is to be promoted to a full cycle Sales Executive. You'll be the first conversation many manufacturers have with IQS. You'll research target companies, set up a cadence to reach out to prospects through a variety of channels, and open strategic conversations with owners and executives. Once a prospect is qualified and interested, you'll hand them to a sales executive. That split lets you focus on building pipeline while you learn how a full marketing program gets scoped and sold. You'll get well-researched prospect data, strong messaging, and coaching from people who know this market well. What you bring is curiosity, discipline, and a drive to win.
What you'll do:
  • Set up high-value meetings: Book discovery calls and meetings between qualified prospects and our Account Executives.
  • Diagnose needs: Ask sharp questions, find the gaps in a prospect's digital strategy, and recommend the right services.
  • Build relationships: Earn trust with executives and keep engagement going through each next step.
  • Improve the playbook: Spot what's working, share best practices, and help sharpen the team's approach.
  • Own your numbers: Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to your manager.
  • What you bring0–3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role
  • Confidence and energy on the phone. You're comfortable making calls every day.
  • Clear, persuasive writing and speaking.
  • Strong focus on process and execution
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, plus a creative approach to opening doors
  • Fluency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools or databases
  • A self-starter mindset and the ambition to grow into an Account Executive role
  • Coachability, a positive attitude, and an appetite to learn a technical, high-value market
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
