Team members are encouraged by their superiors to push themselves and are provided with the resources to ensure that success is achieved.We are currently searching for a Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent for the INSERT PROPERTY NAME, CITY, STATE.Why Work With Us?Its a fun company to work for!We recognize efforts and reward resultsGreat benefits package, including industry leading 401KPromotional opportunities with a growing companyCompensationRequirements:Proven experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar hospitality roleStrong customer service and communication skillsExcellent math and problem-solving abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation systemsDetail-oriented with strong multitasking and time management skillsAbility to stay calm and professional under pressureAvailable to work overnight shiftsEducation & Experience:High School diploma or equivalent requiredStable work history requiredNight Audit Responsibilities:Check in guests, answer phones and take reservationsRespond to guest complaints, requests and emergenciesProcess invoices, post checks to vendors and distribute employee checksReconcile accountsBalance the cash drawer and log receiptsInvestigate and resolve out-of-balance accountsKeep accurate financial records and ledgersHelp prepare for forecasts and auditsFront Desk Agent Responsibilities:Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and special requestsTake, modify, and cancel reservations according to hotel policiesFollow proper credit and cash handling proceduresResolve guest concerns and assist with customer inquiries; provide information about hotel services and local attractionsMaintain key inventory and request re-keying as neededVerify accuracy of guest registration and payment detailsPerform additional duties as assigned by the General ManagerHMC is an equal opportunity employer.
