About the role
Leveraging industry contacts to establish new publisher relationships, the full-time salaried Senior Director of Publisher Sales will expand the Freestar publisher family, forecast growth opportunities, and serve as a mentor to junior sales talent in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Strategically prospect and close high-impact accounts to expand publisher partnerships
Utilize CRM data and market intelligence to identify new revenue opportunities and forecast growth
Lead communication and execution of complex deals requiring custom configurations and strategic alignment
Required qualifications
7+ years of experience in Publisher Sales with a strong understanding of the AdTech industry
Extensive contact list of publishers and a proven track record in sales
Strong customer-focused attitude with relationship management skills
Self-motivated with a hunter mindset, driving change and results
Creative problem-solving capabilities and strong time management skills
