Insurance Office Representative Mandarin Required Convoy Office - In-Office Position**

Key Responsibilities:
To assist customers in their insurance needs: Setup new policy; Edit existing policies; Payment processing; Renewals and reinstatements; Answering client questions; Networking and marketing in order to seek and develop new clients; Collaborate with the office manager in developing marketing strategies; Administrative tasks and policy renewals; Communicate with underwriting department to complete the policy procedures; Organize office on a daily basis and perform daily office cleaning routine.
Qualifications:
Motivated and ambitious individual willing to establish a career; Sales oriented approach and customer service experience (preferred); College/university degree (preferred); Bilingual in Mandarin; Reliable means of transportation; Basic computer skills; written and oral communication; Self-motivated, able to work independently with little supervision; Fast learner with ability to work with company/proprietary software.
