Ascendo Resources is currently seeking an Office Administrator for a full-time, hybrid role (4 days on-site). Salary range is up to $60,000 with full benefits. We're working with a well-established CPA firm (30+ employees) in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. If you're the type of person who keeps an office running smoothly, loves being the friendly face clients see first, and can juggle reception, billing support, and partner-level admin without breaking a sweat — this could be your next move.
What you'll be doing: Greeting clients and managing the front office with a polished, professional touch Handling calls, mail, and day-to-day office operations Supporting partners and managers with calendars and administrative projects Assisting with AR aging reports, client billing, and Quick Books support Helping manage the tax season rush (Feb–Apr) — client documents, payments, and onboarding What they're looking for: Experience in office administration, coordination, or client service Strong organizational skills and killer attention to detail Comfort with Outlook, Excel, and Word — Quick Books or professional services experience is a big plus Someone who can keep sensitive client and financial info confidential Why you'll love it:12 PTO days + 5 personal days 10 Fridays off in the summer Generous holiday schedule Health, dental, and vision coverage 401kAnnual company event in Florida Hybrid schedule — 4 days in-office
