About the role
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT COLFAX (Administrative) ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Answers phone calls to provide customer service for a variety of requests
Handles daily deposits, deposit reports, and delivery route paperwork
Processes accounts payable invoices through DocuWare software
Processes house account orders
Compiles and keys data to create various spreadsheets and reports for the Management team
Coordinates employee drug tests and obtains related paperwork
Contacts employees for annual documents (DL, Car Insurance, DOT Medical Card, etc.)
Coordinates employee uniform orders and invoicing with the Payroll Department
Opens and routes incoming mail, answers correspondence,and maintains office files
Operates office machines such as PC, copier, scanner, and adding machine
Follows all company policies and procedures
Other duties may be assigned
