The Opportunity: We are seeking a dedicated Senior Project Engineer to join our team to lead complex engineering operations, bridging the gap between design teams and on-site execution. What You'll DoDirect Operations: Provide technical leadership for manufacturing process. Strategic Planning: You will merge technical engineering expertise with high-level business strategy. Performance Metrics: Drive and execute management goals for on-time delivery. ERP & Reporting: Bridge the gap between complex engineering processes and enterprise software systems. Team Leadership: You will manage engineering teams to deliver projects on time. Technical Collaboration: You will drive multidisciplinary collaboration by translating complex technical requirements into actionable project plans. Inventory Control: You will optimize supply chain processes, designs inventory management systems, and tracks stock levels to reduce operational cost. What You'll Bring
Experience: 5-10 years is required
Education: Four-year engineering degree or equivalent, preferably in related field
Must be ITAR compliant (US Citizen or Permanent Resident Card Holder)
Technical Skills: Experience in product/process develop preferably in related field, ISO 9001 and/or 13485 preferred, Solid works, MS Projects and MS Office computer programs and understanding of formal IQ, OQ and PQ procedures. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent comprehension, in English required.
Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a cleanroom environment (PPE required), lift to 25 lbs., and stand/bend for up to 8 hours per day.
Travel: Ability to travel to Fiskdale, MA location 30% of the week, and international travel, approximately quarterly.
