About the role

Aylo Careers is seeking a Director of Payment Operations to lead global payments strategy and execution across processing, acquiring, and payment methods. You will optimize multi-acquirer setups, negotiate terms, and drive revenue and customer experience through intelligent routing and risk-aligned controls. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Risk, and Legal to scale payments, improve authorization rates, and ensure reliable operations at scale in a hybrid work environment
