Job Description: Join our team as a Receiving & Product Assembly Associate! This hands-on role is an important part of our daily operations, including receiving shipments, inventory control, product assembly, quality control, and order fulfillment. We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential for this position.
Duties: Strong, professional written communication skills, with excellent grammar, punctuation, word choice, spelling, and attention to detail a must. Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying products and quantities against purchase orders and packing slips Enter and maintain accurate receiving, product, and inventory information in our computer system Use Microsoft Excel to enter, track, and maintain product and inventory information Maintain accurate inventory levels through stock counts, inventory updates, and product replenishment Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect products Assemble, package, and label products according to company requirements Perform product quality control and inspections Organize and stock received products in the appropriate inventory locations Assist with other general duties as needed
