They have built a loyal client base over the years and are looking to add a tax professional who wants more than just a seat at a desk. What You'll Do: Prepare individual, business, and other tax returns using Pro Series Work in Quick Books to support client bookkeeping and tax prep Take on review responsibilities and client communication as you grow Help shape the future of the firm as it plans for succession What We're Looking For 2+ years of public accounting tax experience (Associate and Senior level candidates welcome)Experience with Pro Series and Quick Books is a plusCPA or on the path to CPA preferred Someone self-motivated who wants to build something long term, not just punch a clock Compensation and Benefits$80-100K base, depending on experience Monthly benefits contribution of $500 to $1,500 toward your coverage Hybrid and flexible schedule Clear runway toward Partner If you have been looking for a small firm environment where your work is visible, your schedule is your own, and there is a real path to ownership, reach out to learn more.
