Are you looking for a hands-on manufacturing career with opportunities to grow your technical and mechanical skills? We are seeking motivated Manufacturing Production Operators to join our team. In this role, you will operate advanced manufacturing equipment, ensure product quality, maintain safety standards, and contribute to a high-performing production team.
Responsibilities:
Production & Operations
Master manufacturing processes, including troubleshooting, basic equipment repairs, and quality inspections.
Safely operate high-speed, technologically advanced manufacturing equipment.
Accurately complete production, waste, downtime, and quality reports.
Log production data and communicate results as needed.
Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team while demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
Independently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
Required
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent accredited education.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
1 to 3 years of manufacturing, industrial, or related military experience.
Ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical activities including bending, twisting, stooping, crouching, climbing stairs, and frequent gripping.
Comfortable working in an industrial environment with exposure to noise, dust, and chemicals while wearing required PPE.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Preferred
Previous experience operating industrial manufacturing equipment.
Forklift and/or industrial vehicle experience.
Basic mechanical, technical, or manufacturing knowledge.
Demonstrated troubleshooting and equipment repair skills.
Experience identifying and resolving production or equipment issues.
