To support a mission-driven company, the full-time remote Client Success Manager will manage a portfolio of health plan and employer clients, driving member activation, retention, and expansion while ensuring accountability across internal teams and clients.
Key responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives and ensuring expectations are exceeded
Drive client activation and engagement, focusing on growing the active member base and reducing churn
Operationalize a consistent client experience by managing quarterly business reviews, satisfaction surveys, and improvement plans
Required qualifications
7+ years of experience in client success, account management, or strategic consulting, preferably with enterprise or health-plan relationships
Proven track record of account growth, including increasing activation and retention
Experience in sales or collaborating with sales teams to lead commercial conversations
Healthcare experience, particularly in payer, Medicaid managed-care, or value-based models
Ability to operate in an early-stage or high-growth environment, balancing strategic and tactical responsibilities
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
