About the role
Company Description:
ViTAs Labs specializes in innovative VR solutions designed to enhance cognitive training for soccer players, coaches, and teams. Our technology helps players improve decision-making, tactical awareness, scanning, and game understanding through immersive first-person training experiences. Unlike traditional VR training tools, ViTAs enables coaches to create training scenarios in two ways: through a tactical coaching platform and through proprietary AI-powered Video-to-VR technology that automatically converts standard match footage into interactive 3D training scenarios. Coaches can effortlessly create, customize, and share training content anytime and from anywhere, offering unparalleled flexibility and efficiency in player development. The platform is currently used by football organizations internationally, including a multi-year partnership with the Football Association of Wales (FAW) across coach education and player development programs.

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
